I have read many good books on church conflict, but this one, thought a little complex, has made a brilliant argument.

People are people frm different backgrounds and they go to church seeing it as the abode or a place to dump all they have been going through when you cannot do it on your own i your own strength God is there to take it to the finish line.

In the early '80s I took a few courses from Hugh at McCormick Seminary - three decades later I still am using the pastorally insights and system thinking in Hugh's Christian framework for working with local and regional chruch bodies..
